An engaging lecture on adaptive sport, inclusion, and life as a para-athlete — designed for schools, youth organisations, and community groups. Alexander takes audiences through his personal journey (including bilateral amputation by choice), his parasport career as a Top 5 world-ranked sit-wakeboard athlete, and what adaptive inclusion actually looks like in practice. Themes covered: • Becoming a para-athlete — choice, practice, and equipment • What adaptive sports look like from the inside • Building inclusive classrooms, teams, and clubs • How to make parasport accessible in your community • Q&A with students or teachers Formats available: • School lecture (40–60 minutes) — age-adapted from mellanstadium to gymnasium • Community or club lecture (60 min + Q&A) • Workshop (2–4 hours) — hands-on adaptive sport introduction Delivered in Swedish or English.
